Refund policy

🔁 RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We gladly accept returns for store credit or exchanges within 14 days of receiving your order, provided that:

  • Items are in original condition — unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags attached.
  • Items are returned in their original packaging where possible.

We do not offer refunds for:

  • Change of mind
  • Incorrect sizing
  • Unwanted items

Refunds will only be issued if:

  • The item is faulty, or
  • You received the wrong item

If either applies, please email us at admin@g18.com.au with your order number and clear photos. Once approved, we’ll arrange your refund, credit, or replacement.
